We're holding a 3-day Valentine's sale which begins today and ends at midnight on Thursday, February 14th. Here's how it works...and it's simple:
Be the first or second to book any scheduled tour and we'll reward you with a $50 Valentine's Day discount and send you one of Boulder's very own Belgian "Chocolove" bars this Friday.
If you decide to book one of our already confirmed departures, we still want you to feel the love. We'll be sending you a "Chocolove" bar too.
For past guests, you can even combine these rewards with your 5% Frequent Traveler Discount. Simply call 800-488-8483 and mention "Chocolove" at the time of booking.
Early Bird SAVINGS
We love to reward those who plan ahead. Early bookings help us to seed a variety of trips that we can later grow.
To reward you for planning ahead, we'll extend a 5% discount if you book a trip and pay in full by December 31, 2013 for any trip departing April 1, 2014 or later. Past guests can even combine this 5% savings with the 5% you'll receive as a member of our Frequent Traveler Club. Don't delay--book today--online or on the phone!
Special Discounts and Credits
Bring-a-Friend Rewards
If you are a past guest, bring a friend who hasn't traveled with The World Outdoors and you'll earn a $100 credit toward your own adventure for each friend that you bring. Please note that either you or your friend must mention this reward program to be eligible. Your credit will be applied at the time of your friend's booking.
Refer-a-Friend Rewards
Refer friends who haven't traveled with The World Outdoors and who are not already signed up for a trip and, after they complete their first trip, you'll earn a $100 credit per friend toward your next adventure. Please note that either you or your friend must mention this reward program and the registrant's name to receive the credit.
Multiple Trip Discounts
Those guests joining us for more than one The World Outdoors trip in the same calendar year receive 10% off of each additional (i.e., your second and up) trip that year. This discount cannot be combined with any other discount.
Group Discounts
Group Discounts
A 10% discount is offered to groups of 8 or more who jointly make reservations for the same regularly scheduled trip (i.e., does not apply to custom trips nor custom dates). This discount cannot be combined with any other discount.
Reunion Trips
If you had a great time with the people on your last trip, think about organizing a Reunion Trip and taking advantage of our 10% group discount. To ensure trip availability, we recommend that you arrange your Reunion Trip three to six months in advance. This discount also does not apply to custom trips.
Discount Limitations
Discounts apply only to trips booked directly with The World Outdoors. Unless specified otherwise, only one discount, credit or commission per individual reservation is allowed, and they apply only when booking and paying in full 90 days or more prior to trip departure.
